The Formal Lounge and Dining Rooms are beautifully appointed with mahogany Chippendale furniture.

These shared facilities are available for you to enjoy at your leisure.

A wood fire heater, air-conditioner, large television and board games/reading material make the rooms enjoyable to relax in, socialise and enjoy the view of the parklands across the road. 

The kitchenette is ideally located for all of our guests.

The kitchenette facilities include a fridge, washing machine, iron/ironing board,  microwave, sink, jug and toaster, tea/coffee making facilities, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

Complimentary snacks are included.
